My 2 year old daughter is finally getting her dental surgery. We’ve known about her cavities & some tooth decay for awhile but we tried to wait as long as possible before getting it taken care of. She’ll be 3 years old soon, which helped us feel better about the procedure. Especially since we decided to have her go under general anesthesia for the work. We felt this was the best option since she’s younger & had multiple teeth that needed work, & she tends to be temperamental when she’s sleepy (so oral sedation seemed iffy).
