– Brush your teeth twice a day for 2 minutes.
– Cleaning between your teeth with interdental brushes or floss, or even a water flosser at least once a day.
– Spit, don’t rinse, even with mouthwash.
– Eat right – Reduce sugar intake and make lifestyle changes (smoking, fizzy drinks etc).
– Practice and repeat to form a regular routine (morning and night).
– Have regular dental checkups and don’t delay treatment.
