Axis bank is a private sector bank in India that provides financial services to different types of customers. When it comes to the Axis bank recruitment process, the candidates have to take up two types of selection processes. The candidates would be selected initially through an online aptitude test. The test would be conducted for two hours and the candidates would be tested on English, quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning and personality skills. The candidates should pass each module in the test separately. Those who are selected would be called in for the personal interview.
The bank has the rights to conduct a second level of aptitude test. In cases where the number of candidates shortlisted in the first test is very high, the bank increases the number of levels. In the interview process, the candidates would be tested for their attitude. Those who are selected would be informed about the job offering during the interview process.
