Matthew Huff: There’s not just one way to restore a smile because everybody’s so different. It’s individualized. It really needs to be custom-built to the patient. Some of the top restorative procedures, really deal with these front teeth and making sure they’re looking really good. Well, the dentist sets it up and then partners with a lab. There should be a high-end lab. They’re artists to make that look beautiful.

But the question people need to ask is, how long will it last me? So really transformative dentistry means it’s a question of function and aesthetics. It’s the engineering with artistry. And so the Artistry is done with the dentist making sure that function is in place first and then you get the Artistry. Then you really get the best of both worlds. You get something that looks beautiful and looks natural.

We don’t want somebody that looks like teeth walked into a room. We’re looking for a natural cosmetic result that last long. So we have to do that function too.

Three options, you can replace it too. If you’re missing a tooth, we’re looking at implants, right? You could go with the traditional bridge, which is three crowns. You can do veneers, where they’re just like a thin contact lens material porcelain that bond to the front of your teeth. It changes the shape, and the shade and gives that really nice cosmetic Julia Roberts smile.

But some people would look horrible with Julia Roberts’s smile. So it needs to be custom-made to you. So photos of your teeth, scans, and all the technology that we have so that we can custom make it to you.

So sometimes bridges are very necessary. Let’s say, you’ve been missing a tooth for a long time and that bone has shrunk. You don’t have a lot of bone and you don’t want to go through all those grafting surgical procedures, a bridge is a very good option for you.

If you have any questions, we would love to talk to you and customize it with you and go over all of these different options. So I hope that helped. We look forward to seeing you.
